What time can I check in?
Self check-in from 3pm, instructions sent the day before on WhatsApp. Check-out by 11am.
How do I pay?
Mobile money (Orange Money, Wave, MTN) or bank transfer. A refundable security deposit is required on arrival.
Can I cancel?
Short stays (under 28 nights): free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival; after that, 50% of the stay is retained. Long stays (28 nights to 3 months): free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; after that, the first month is retained.
An invoice for my company?
Yes: invoice in your company's name and tiered rates for stays of one month or more. Learn more.
